Dealer is solely responsible for all legal requirements related to any advertising created and/or placed by Dealer using the templates provided hereunder by MMNA. It is strongly advised that Dealer consult with their own legal counsel prior to creating or placing any advertisements.

Dealer agrees to defend indemnify MMNA and any manufacturer of MMNA vehicles and hold each of them harmless from any and all liabilities that may be asserted or arise out of any Dealer advertisement which uses the template provided by MMNA. This indemnification shall include all attorney’s fees, court costs, and expenses incurred by MMNA and/or any manufacturer of MMNA vehicles in defending any claim or suit asserted related to a Dealer advertisement hereunder.
